Steps To Securely Upload Your Audio File

  1. Enter your e-mail address in the “Sender’s e-mail” box. 
  2. In the “Case Name” box, enter pertinent information about the recording, i.e. recording date, case name, participants, location, contact information, etc.
  3. Use the “Browse” button to select the file(s) from your computer that you wish to upload.
  4. Repeat Step 3 to add up to 5 files per upload.
  5. When you’re ready to send the file(s), click the SendThisFile button. Your file upload will begin and a bar will display the file transfer progress. When the file is successfully uploaded, SendThisFile will notify Metro Transcripts via email of your completed upload.

 

IMPORTANT: Keep the Upload Audio page open while your file uploads. If you close your browser or click on the “Back” button, the file upload will stop.
