Metro Transcripts, LLC opened its doors in 2002 and has been providing superior legal and call transcription services since that time. Metro prides itself in working with the top transcribers in the State of New Jersey, with over 100 years of collective experience.
Purchased in 2018 by Kelly Ford, a Rutgers University Business School graduate and lifetime resident of New Jersey, business has continued to thrive. Kelly brings over 15 years of legal and call transcription experience, but additionally, she has over 20 years of service in corporate America, having worked in the international shipping industry in key account sales, customer service, and quality control.
